Petition Against Process - Date To Be Determined
Petition against process --which means that a LSA process would be unsuccessful if at least 50% of property owners voted against the initiative and these 50% must represent at least 50% of the assessed land value.
Council will ultimately decide when the petition process will take place, however it is tentatively scheduled for early 2025.
